Low Stress Training for Cannabis Plants | Cannabis Grow Guides Episode 21

Low stress training for cannabis plants is when the plant and its side branches are tied down to try and keep the plant level. This allows the plant to stay the same distance from the light and gives the plant the same amount of light all over. LST is a great way to make the most out of your grow space. It essentially helps the plant grow horizontally rather than vertically. 

Using low stress training for cannabis plants can massively increase the final yield of your grow. If you grow indoors, it is highly recommended you top and train your plants. Temperature and Humidity for Cannabis Plants | Cannabis Grow Guides Episode 19

Temperature and humidity for cannabis plants is something all growers need to understand. If the plants get too cold, they will slow down growth and maybe even stop. On the other hand, if they get too hot, they will not be able to breathe properly and they will die. The same goes for humidity. If it is too humid, the plant will not be able to breathe properly. It is a fine balance of having the right levels of both, which is known as VPD.
