Catching Up With Simpa Carter and His Fight for the Hemp Gardens!

Simpa was on the show a few months ago when he told us about a piece of land he had “liberated” near him. The land wasn’t being used for anything, so he took it over, became the custodian of it, and started maintaining it as a “Hemp Garden.” Since then, it’s become a great place for the community to hang out. But he has also had some trouble with his local council.
